Fujitsu released new 4Mbit FeRAM products with parallel interface and high temperature range. The new products are MS85R4M1TA and MS85R4M2TA, both serving the word lengths of 8bits and 16bits respectively, providing improvements in diverse aspects like access speed, temperature range, data retention and write endurance.
Housed in a 44pin TSOP package, both MS85R4M1TA and MS85R4M2TA feature 120ns read / write access time. Operating temperature range has been extended to 105°C maximum, and data retention has been specified to 10 years at 105°C.
Besides higher read/write endurance of 1014, both new products are showing lower active power consumption as well in comparison to the current product.
