KFEU announces that, effective March 31, 2026, Axel Tripkewitz will step down as Managing Director, with Fuminobu Miyake assuming full operational leadership for Europe in addition to his Headquarter function as KFEI Executive Officer. This planned transition ensures continuity and supports KFEU’s long-term growth strategy. KFEU extends its sincere gratitude to Axel for his outstanding leadership, dedication, and lasting contributions to the organization.

Gudrun, with over 40 years of service in Supply Chain, and Klaus-Peter in Marketing, have played pivotal roles in shaping the company, handing over to Shaoyun Cheng, Senior Manager Marketing and Henry Kuhl, Senior Manager Supply Chain. Both changes will also become effective April 1, 2026.
