The MINMAX MJW10 series is a range of cost-optimized 10W isolated DC-DC converter within an encapsulated 1″x1″ industrial standard package. There are 24 models available for 12, 24, 48VDC with wide 2:1 input voltage range and tight output voltage regulation. The MJW10 series come in a shielded metal package and conducted EMI EN 55032 Class A approved without external components. By state-of-the-art circuit topology and 89% high efficiency could be achieved allowing an operating temperature of -40℃ to +80℃ as well as low standby power consumption. Further features include remote ON/OFF, under-voltage protection, overload protection, short circuit protection and no min. load requirement as well. These DC-DC converters offer a better solution for critical space applications to reduce PCB layout demand area like battery-powered equipment, instrumentation, distributed power architectures in communication, industrial electronics, energy facilities and others.

The very small footprint makes this product the ideal solution for many applications where a voltage has to be isolated i.e for noise reduction, ground loop elimination, in digital interfaces or where a converted voltage is required. An excellent efficiency allows an operating temperature range of –40℃ to +90℃. With a new package design these converters are fully qualified for the higher temperature profile used in lead-free reflow solder processes. For automated SMD production lines the product can be supplied in tape & reel package.
